+ Ingredients:
- 500 g ribs, cut into small pieces
- half a clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon snail oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- half a teaspoon soy sauce
- half a teaspoon fish sauce
+ How to do:
1. Mix the ribs with the garlic, sugar, water, snail oil, pepper, soy sauce and fish sauce, mix well and leave for 1 hour.
2. Then put the ribs in a frying pan or grill as you like.
