How to make Enoki beef rolls.

+ Ingredients:

- 400 g beef

-  1 teaspoon snail oil

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 250 g needle mushrooms (cut off the roots).

+ Sauce Ingredients:

- 1 teaspoon chili sauce

- 2 teaspoons soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon hot pepper or chili powder

- 2 teaspoons sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

- 1 teaspoon water

- condensed milk 1 tablespoon

- sesame seeds 1 and a half tablespoons. 

+ How to do:

1. Slice the beef and mix it with water, snail oil, pepper and salt, mix well and set aside.

2. In a bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients, chili sauce, soy sauce, sugar, pepper, salt, condensed milk, hot pepper or hot pepper and stir well and add sesame seeds. Stir together and set aside.

3. Wrap the beef in mushrooms and then fry or roast and put on a plate and eat with a delicious sauce.
