- Beef (crispy or veal)
- Lemongrass root.
- garlic.
- turmeric.
- orange leaves.
- rhubarb.
- Roasted Peanuts
- Green bell peppers
- Onion
- Cooking oil, sugar, salt
+ How to do
Cut the beef into small pieces.
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the garlic and turmeric.
Divide the bell peppers into 6 pieces and slice them not too small, not too big
Slice the onions into small lengths. Pour a little frying oil into the pan, keep it hot, then pour in the batter.
Roast a little and add the beef, peppers and onions at the same time (crispy meat does not need to be steamed).Stir in the sugar and salt and taste to your liking.
Leave it on the fire to see only the boiled peppers, put it on a plate.
