How to make Singaporean dried pork

+ Ingredients:

- 1 kg of minced pork with a little fat

- Chinese cooking wine 1 cover

- 2 tablespoons fish sauce

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- 2 tablespoons snail oil

- Half a teaspoon of pepper

- 1 tablespoon garlic powder

- Pak Lov (5 spices) 1 tablespoon

- 5 spoons of honey(4 tablespoons mixed with pork, 1 tablespoon mixed with 1 tablespoon warm water, put on top of the meat when grilling)

  Without honey, you can use 5 tablespoons cane sugar / palm sugar.

- 1 tablespoon Peprika pepper powder If you want spicy, you can replace dried peppers.

+  How to do

1- Stir the meat and the above ingredients, mix well and leave to simmer for about 15 minutes.

2- Then put the meat on the baking paper and flatten it 1 cm thick.

3- Take it to dry in the sun for 1 day or bake in the oven to dry at 175 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, then dry and cut it into square pieces as you like.

4- Take the dried meat and grill it on low heat or oven at 175 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes and turn the roast on both sides, gradually apply honey mixture on top of the meat until red and smooth.
