Salad with three beans

+ Ingredients:

- Kosher salt

- Yes

- 8 ounces of fresh green seeds (about 2 cups), washed and cut in half

- 1/4 cup sherry jittik

- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

- 1 tablespoon of honey

- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

- 15 ounce cannellini beans, washed and dried

- 15 ounce can of red beans, washed and dried

- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

-1/4 cup fresh flat parsley leaves, chopped

- 1 shallot, snow

- Freshly ground black pepper

+ Instructions:

- Step 1

Bring the cow a pot of salt water. Insert a large bowl of ice water. Add the green beans to the pot and cook until soft, 2 to 3 minutes. Wash the green seeds and immerse them in ice water to stop cooking. Wash the green beans.

 - Step 2

Mix vinegar, mustard and honey in a large bowl. Stir in the oil until it emulsifies. Add green beans, cannellini, kidneys, basil, parsley and shallots to the bowl and sprinkle with them. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
