How to do Amok fish?

+ Ingredients:

- The ingredients are (lemon leaves, orange leaves, rhubarb, ginger, garlic, red onion, dried red pepper, roasted and mixed into a fine powder)

- One kilogram of pure fish meat cut into pieces

- 5 tablespoons fish sauce

- A teaspoon of salt

- A spoonful of sugar

- A can of coconut milk

- A spoonful of noodles

- Half a liter of water

- Lemon leaves

- Chili peppers, ripe blanks, cats

- Sprouts or young cabbage leaves

+ How to do:

- Stir in the batter until the oil rises, then add the batter and stir until fragrant.

- Add fish sauce, sugar, salt and stir well.

- Stir in the fish.

- Add the remaining coconut milk, egg mixture and flour and stir until the water thickens, then remove.

- Fold the cabbage leaves and arrange in a box.

- Stir in the fish and pour into the bowl.

- Arrange in a steamer, sprinkle with lemon zest and peppers and simmer for 5 to 15 minutes.

- When cooked, eat immediately while still hot.
