How to make beef leg soup

  + INGREDIENTS

- 1 cow leg

- Beef with bones

- Stir-fried ribs

- 2 beets

- 2 carrots

- 1 papaya fruit small enough

- 2 onions

- 3 French fries

- 5-6 stems of lemon leaves

- Rumdeng 3 pieces

- 7-8 orange leaves

- Garlic, red onion, 2 tablespoons

- Sugar, salt, fish sauce and soup powder with 2 pieces of soup

- Beef meatballs or crispy meat is even more delicious

  + DIRECTIONS

  1. First, wash the vegetables and meat thoroughly.

  2. Carrots, beets, potatoes, papaya, cut them into pieces, not too small,

     Roasted onion, lemongrass root to be roasted.

  3. Bring water to a boil, simmer for about 5 minutes.

  4. Then bring a new pot of water to a boil, then add the beef legs and other vegetables and simmer   until the meat is tender. Add water and add 2 pieces of soup, 1 tablespoon of flour, 3 tablespoons of fish sauce, half a teaspoon of salt, 2-3 teaspoons of sugar.

  5. Taste and add your favorite ingredients

     just add meat and all kinds of vegetables as you like, and add more meatballs 

     or crispy meat, especially.
