How to cook Pineapple Seafood


+ Ingredients:

- 1 bowl of rice

- 200 grams of shrimp (peeled)

- 100 grams of pineapple cut into small pieces

- half a carrot

-  a tablespoon of chopped garlic

- 1 egg

- 2 tablespoons of snail oil

- fish sauce 1 tablespoon and a half

- cashew nuts and grape jam (optional)

- Hans garlic leaves

+ How to do:

1. Bring the pan to a boil, add the hot oil, add the chopped garlic and fry until fragrant, then beat the eggs, put them in the frying pan and stir in the shrimp.

2. Then stir-fry the carrots, add the rice, stir-fry together, add the grapes, snail oil and fish sauce, mix well.

3. Then put the pineapple in the frying pan 4-5 times and put the cashew nuts and garlic leaves in the frying pan, mix well and put it on a plate.
