Fried pork

+ Ingredients:

- Three layers of pork.

- salt. 

- fat.

- sweet soy sauce. 

- chili sauce

+ How to do:

1- Bring water to a boil

2- Cut three layers of meat into long segments, about one inch thick.

3- Boil to break the skin.

4- Extracted and salted enough to leave for about half an hour

5. Put the fat in the pan to heat enough for the pork to be fried very hot in the pan with a lid.

6. Put the cooked pork in a pan with hot oil and fry until the skin is red. Cover the pan immediately to prevent the fat from exploding and injuring the eyes.

7. When the pork has turned red, please take it out and cook it with sweet black soy sauce and chili sauce.
