How to cook chicken Ngam Ngov

- 2 Ngam Ngov oranges

- 1 teaspoon sugar

- Garlic

- Roasted Garlic

- Parsley leaves mixed with garlic leaves

+ How to do

- Wash the chicken and cut it into pieces.

- Boil half a pot of water, when the water boils, add about 3 cloves of garlic, then add 1 teaspoon of salt, then put the chicken in and cover the pot.

- About 30 minutes later, check that the chicken is crispy enough to eat or if it is enough, add Ngang Ngov and add Ngang Ngov juice to make it sweet and slightly sour, simmer it a little more to Ngang Ngov.

- Then add the ingredients such as sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, pepper and taste to your liking.

- The taste is moderate and the meat is also tender.

Turn off the heat and when preparing to eat, do not forget to sprinkle fertilizer, we already cooked with roasted garlic on top of the soup to enhance the taste even more delicious.
