# How to make beef noodles

1/ Ingredients

- Beef with brittle meat (sliced into thin slices)

- Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

- Red and blue bell peppers (sliced) 

- Lemongrass root (thinly sliced)

2/ How to do

- Put the beef in a clean bowl and squeeze a little more lemon juice, 

then squeeze the beef up and down to drain the blood and boil a little, 

then squeeze the lemon juice out and leave it aside.

- Boil the lemon juice that we have squeezed out of the meat and add prahok 

(more or less prahok as you like) and let it boil again, then add sugar and a little salt 

because prahok has flavor. Already salted and left to cool slightly.

- Then mix it with the meat and put the lemon leaves and mix well, add red onion, garlic and mix well.

- Then add purple cabbage, red pepper, green pepper, fresh pepper and beans, 

mix well and add peanuts to taste as you like (if almost add a little more flavor).

- When preparing to eat, add all kinds of fertilizers and mix well.
